Dividing Fractions - Moon The Fraction

Dividing fractions by using long division to change fractions to decimals can be a problem. Beginning math students often confuse which number, the top (numerator) or bottom (denominator) goes on the outside of the long division symbol and which number goes on the inside. How do you remember which way is correct? My way is to "Moon The Fraction". Since everyone is familiar with mooning (sometimes unfortunately so), this memory aid says "Put the bottom on the outside" because isn't that what you do when you moon someone? Do you have a better way to remember this?
